1. From the M50 take the N3 exit for Cavan.
2. Stay in lane directing you towards N3 Cavan.

3. Drive 9.8km and then continue onto the M3.
4. Drive 43.6km and then continue onto the N3.

5. Drive 6.9km taking the 2nd exit on the roundabout on N3 (N52 is first exit).

6. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on the N3.
7. Continue on the N3 for 15.5km, then take the slight left onto Ballyjamesduff Rd/ R194

8. Virginia Park Lodge is on your left hand side, approximately 260 metres after you turn.
